Please join us at a special Harbor Carmel Valley Mercy Team event on Sunday, July 27th. Chris Crane, President and CEO of Opportunity International will be speaking to us about Opportunity International, microfinance, and God’s heart for the poor. A leader in microfinance, Opportunity International is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping the poor. It provides financial services to the poor and trains them in basic business practices so that they can work their way out of poverty. Opportunity International's Christian grounding also leads them to recognize the importance of social and spiritual transformation in addition to economic transformation.Come and hear how God called Chris to this ministry, and how the gospel motivates us to serve the poor.
