About Us
Carmel
Valley is one of the fastest growing areas in San Diego County. It is a
multi-ethnic community strategically located close to business,
recreational and entertainment centers from Del Mar to Sorrento Valley,
making it a wonderful place to enjoy life and raise a family. This also
makes it a great place for Harbor Presbyterian Church to reach out with
the timeless message of God's grace and love.
The irony of
living in a community like ours is that although we have so much, it's
easy to feel so alone and empty. Our desire is to develop an authentic
community of faith where people can ask honest questions, hear
straightforward answers, and be given the opportunity to process God's
Word without pressure. We each want to be enriched and strengthened
through relationships in a church that is God centered, gospel centered
and grace centered. And then we want to be a church that reaches out to
show God's love to the needy, motivated by the understanding that God
has met our own needs in Jesus Christ.
